Dennis spent many months converting all the letters to HTML
and gave them to someone to put on the website.
The indexes and a few samples were put up on the website 
http://mcgp.cellmail.com/
but the letters themselves were never posted.
That's a real pity.  If that person (who reads this 
list and shall remain nameless) is too busy to get 
it done, we all understand that;  working and life
eat up time for all of us and web space isn't free.  
If he would pass them along to someone 
who could get them posted, or to someone who
would be willing to burn CDs of them,
it would be a great asset to the community.
