I think it was mentioned in the manual for the "B" but I 'll
have to do a bit of reading to find out.

I have the installation instructions (part of which came from Jay as a matter of fact) and once had several of the kits.  And as Jay noted and at least two of the people to whom I sold them can attest, installing one of them is not for the faint-hearted.  But there's nothing so far as I can recall in the installation instructions about a control box.

I "think" there were remote control boxes that were modified to include an A-B switch.I have never seen one though.I once had all the blue prints and instructions to modify to the "B" model.There was a kit and it was stated to take 10 hours of shop sime to do it.Not for the weak of heart!Had a "B' unit once too.All gone to better homes now...
