[Milsurplus] ART-13B Questions

I have the installation instructions (part of which came from Jay as a matter 
of fact) and once had several of the kits.  And as Jay noted and at least two 
of the people to whom I sold them can attest, installing one of them is not 
for the faint-hearted.  But there's nothing so far as I can recall in the 
installation instructions about a control box.
