dave & group,
    the APW-11 is a missile control TxRx , i think "S" band w/ a 
crystal"video" Rx and a vacuun tube Tx, if my memory is correct, using a light house tube 
in a cavity. there was also another companion unit which set codes for the 
unit. i sold both units in the auction in charlotte (AWA) in 2001 (i think). this 
is from memory of my old brain, so sorry if it is in error.
