[Milsurplus] Need Converter for PRC-47--- 110VAC,60cycles to 110VAC 400cycles

Anyone have a simple fix for this one.  I want to skirt around using a big 
and heavy 24VDC power supply.  Any ideas.  Andy, K6RY
