Ken,

You apparently have AN/URM-25H.  There should also be a pair of 15 ohm 
resistors on the board.  See NAVSHIPS 0967-187-5010 Change 7 Figure 6-28 Page 6-28B. 
 Note: NAVSHIPS 92134(A) became 0967-187-5010 at Change 7.
