[Milsurplus] GRC-9 "squared off cases"

No, late ones did.  Particularly the CW-109/GRC-9 covers.  The ones that I 
have/had and/or have seen were made by AVCO (bought Crosley if I recall 
correctly) in the 60's apparently as replacement cases.  They lack the "quilted" look. 
 And the covers look larger than the cases, whereas those originally supplied 
looked about the same size (and they were/are, in both cases).

>Did the earlier GRC-9 have a more 'squared-off' look to
the housing? I mean, less radiused corners? I ask because
i recently saw one i think fit the 'squared-off' billing.
