[Milsurplus] BC-611 case-fit question solved

Threaded block to anchor top to chassis had pulled up.  Hammered back 
down w. table knife handle (Steiff pattern - important)

AND

Seal mat'l in top water-excluder channel had settled.  Fixed w. big 
3/32 o-rig snipped to size & gorilla-snotted in place

W4UOC has same trub on his / Tom I'll get another ring
