Very fascinating material on the 224/ 348 series, especially the 
very enlightening production figures!

But, putting a BC-348 in a JU-52 aircraft  is dumb, not deference, just dumb.

Seeing the overall production figure of circa 100K, i wonder how this compares
to production runs of civilian communications receivers, say something like the
NC-183, HRO's, HQ-129, and such.
