Hi old folks

I have a 1-June-1982 (1982 ok) manual for Radio Set Control C-1138B/UR with
the following (resumed) statement

Distribution authorized to DOD components only; critical technology......

This doc. contains technical data whose export is rectricted by the arms
export control act.......violation... are subject to severe criminal
penalties.

Own the same manual from 12 July 1962 and is non-registered. If you don't
know, this equipment is just a z-transformer,1xC, 4xR, 1xrelay, 2 bulbs, 2
buttons and three jacks. Both manuals have no other diferences than head and
bottom lines.

Seems that Rear Admiral H.D. Arnold raise security to top. To where he would
go now?.
