That seller is the new owner of what was formerly the Radio TV Lab in 
Chicago. The new owner already had an established business geared 
toward audiophiles and guitar amp customers. Then he bought the Radio 
TV Lab when George retired, and moved into the premises. Although he 
might not be an expert in identifying mil radio gear, he does run a 
reputable and well-regarded business.
