[Milsurplus] SPAM from reflector mail list??

I don't have any first hand experience with the problem but I have friends
who claim that Juno has a problem with list hackers. What we need is a
secure way to post to these lists without exposing our email addresses.
Maybe something like encryption keys. It doesn't appear that we will ever
get rid of the spammer unless "god forbid" we start charging on a per email
basis for the use of the SMTP server. Of course if they were to handle that
like the USPS does, spammers would get a special reduced rate... :>)
