[Milsurplus] GF-11 Coils

Think i saw once ( maybe still have ) a photo from interior
of PBY that shows something like 6 or so coil holders for
the RU mounted to uh, bulkheads, or whatever you call them.
Yes, they had to have holes drilled in the back. I suppose
the same kind of mounting for transmitter coils, except that
fewer of them. Oh, yes, this PBY used the RU with the
GO-9 transmitter, so there was no GF or coils for it.
I suppose it's possible for smallest planes to only have one
coil along for the mission, the coil installed right in the
transmitter.
