Hi listers,
I picked up a couple of coil sets for the GF-11 transmitter at a hamfest
yesterday. They are in quite good shape and have the enclosure where they are
stored when not in use. One has the tuning chart while the other does not. Now
to my question. The enclosures (and the coils) are most likely NOS from their
condition. How were the enclosures mounted in an aircraft? I'm thinking
they must have been mounted to a bulkhead or structural member with screws or
rivets but these enclosures have no hole for that purpose. No big deal but just
wondered about it.
Thanks & 73,
Norm Hall, W6JOD
