[Milsurplus] ARC-4 Connector Needed

The connector on the ARC-4 is not the same as the ARR-15 and ARC-2, but is
the same one used
on the ARC-1.

However, the connector is turned upside down between the ARC-1 and ARC-4,
probably so you dont
accidentally plug the wrong radio in a rack.
