I noted the recent posting about the ARC-21, as I saw a module from it at
the recent Gainesville, GA Hamfest. Since I don't usually buy what I don't
collect or recognize, I passed on it as well as on the C-854 control box,
and the ART-13 on it's rack mount (sans meter) - I didn't even ask the
prices. I did buy the OS-8/E with original manual, however, since that's my
genre, and it was cheap.

The question is, shouldn't we be posting want lists periodically? I might
could have gotten that ~4x5x14 ARC-21 module cheap, and been able to pass
it along for a reasonable markup, if I'd known anyone wanted it - likewise
on the four ART-13 control boxes, and the BC-602 control box.

While I collect the RT-66/67/68/70 series, and (military) o'scopes, esp. 3"
and 7" ones, since I'm currently well-stocked in the above, asking for more
is masochistic, plus, I'm used to finding them at Hamfests for bargain
prices. But, I don't mind buying those same bargains in some-one else's
genre, if I can have a reasonable expectation I can re-sell it, with a
typical $5+ value-added cost of acquisition.

I'll be a vendor at the Huntsville, AL Hamfest, flea-market table 71, and
thus be able to scour the site for bargains, so get those want lists
generated, and I'll keep my eyes peeled ... BTW, I also collect non-TV,
late-40's to early 60's tube-type t.e., esp. the obscure brands, so don't
limit your want list to just mil-surp, if you have other interests ...
Marty's ability to track down the seller made me feel appropriately
dim-witted: I failed to get pertinent info from ANY vendor, even the ones
that sold stuff I was interested in!	e
