Changes 3 and 4 don't mention any later ones.

It says that RT-70B is identical to RT-70A except that resistors have =
higher max temp rating, some capacitors have lower positive tolerance =
temperature coefficient and some caps have decreased value tolerances.

The only other thing mentioned is to change C-14 to C-41 on Fig. 47.
