[Milsurplus] Need Info On RT-70B/GRC

Mike,
RT-70B came in with Change 2 dated 4 April 1958 to the TM 11-290 you have.
Appears that there was only the one Order, as Changes 3 and 4 don't mention any
later ones.
It says that RT-70B is identical to RT-70A except that resistors have higher
max temp rating, some capacitors have lower positive tolerance temperature
coefficient and some caps have decreased value tolerances.
The only other thing mentioned is to change C-14 to C-41 on Fig. 47.
