This I find very hard to believe. There is no way the A/C would gain
20,000 Period.

Further more the B-52 crews do not wear pressure suits so they would
have all been killed going through 51,000 feet within seconds. The blood
boils and you DIE.

I have over 20,000 pilot time. also when flying fire bombers we
routinely drop if the mix was correct 24,000 pounds of fire retardent
and the pitch up was noticeable but very controllable. On B-29's we
would salvo and not gain altitude due to the autopilot holding it.
