[Milsurplus] Trans Oceanic MW reception

Hue, the Zenith Transoceanic didn't come on the market until just before 
the US entered the war in Dec. 1941.
They were not available in 1937.  A few were sold in 1941 then they were 
taken off the market and were -very- hard to find.
