It's a very poor copy that someone did but I dug out TM 11-5820-474-14 and 
found the following:

This is Voltage Regulator CN-690/GRC-109

This is the 7' Power Cable (no nomenclature that I could find) shown on page 
7 of the TM.  It connects the hand generator to the large power supply 
(PP-2684/GRC-109).  The TM also shows the hand generator connected directly 
to the transmitter but I don't see where it explains what cables to use to do 
this.

A junked out CN-690 or PP-2684 might be a starting point for using the DY-88 
or DY-105.  The receiver voltage regulator would come out.  Cable to the 
generator might not have the LV wire for the receiver so might have to be 
modified.
