Great site Tino ,
I think there are a few CCT differences between the 375 and
191 , I noticed the 191 has 6 posts on the antenna board while the 375 has
only 5 ? ( no cpse post ).

The dept. of civil aviation here in Australia used BC 375's into the 1960's
as airfield NDB's ( Non Directional Beacons ) , they would transmit a I.D.
in CW on below 200khz for aircraft to home in on. These sets ran 24 hours a
day so they must have been reliable .

I know the Dutch NEI forces used BC 191's post WW2 in radio trucks in the
former Dutch east indies ( now Indonesia ) .

I could have bought a 375 for $70 at a swap day a few years back with tubes
in it , but at the time , I didnt have any parts backup so didnt buy it .
Wish I had it now .
