[Milsurplus] ? re milsurplus Phonograph

I see in the current paper "Government Surplus
HeadQuarters" catalog, a ex-US Army OD color
phonograph.  Phonograph, 3 speed, 61 lbs.,
2 speakers in 1/2 box triangular style mountings 
that clamp together to make one unit, for transporting,
31 lbs. $179

What i am wondering is, is this a solid state or
vac tube thing? The weight mgiht be a giveaway,
but not always. Nice looking, especially the (non
consumer oriented) OD, but i'm sure the tone arm
is a real record eater.
