[Milsurplus] PRC-47 USB Filter --- Pin diagrams

Hello,

I'm in the process of adding LSB mod to my PRC-47
using both filters switched my a small relay etc etc. 
In my infinite wisdom, I removed the filter from a
618T transceiver and failed to notice the pin
connections.  The PRC-47 manual shows the filter pins
as follows: 2,3,5,being grounded with 4 as an input. 
Pin 1 shown as the output.  My question is how to
identify the pins on the actual filter.  I know what
you all must be thinking...what a dufus!!! Oh well
stuff happens. Seriously, any help would be
appreciated.
