[Milsurplus] OT: BA rust in a coastal environment?

I live in an air conditioned home and forget that there are places in
the US where this is not necessary. But down here on the Texas coast,
the AC is all that is needed. I have NO problem with rust inside the
house or inside the garage. My wire antennas have to be replaced every
3 years due to corrosion but the cars that I use regularly dont have a
problem. A car that just sets may have a problem, but usually not too
bad and I live just yards from Corpus Christi Bay.
