The TCS output impedance is designed for relatively (to the wavelength)
short antennas. The impedance range of these antennas used with the TCS is
typically around 10 ohms.
The easiest solution is to wind a 4:1 unbalanced-to-unbalanced toroidal
transformer and connect the low-impedance side to the TCS output, and the
high impedance end to the 50 ohm antenna system.
I use this method with my TCS and it works well, tuning is easy into 50 ohm
resonant antennas.
