[Milsurplus] Acc Bus

I don't know about an accessory bus, but the MB-NAVY-MZ series radio jeeps 
had a separate 12 or 24v generator run off of a PTO to power the TCS, SCR-608 
and MAH. I do not know for sure but I would think the Navy considered this 
starting issue as one of the design features. Certainly having an isolated 
electrical system will solve the problem!
