Hue, John & Group,

I've had a few bits and pieces of both AN/PPN-1 and AN/PPN-2 but like Hue, my
bent is more toward tactical comm gear. I recently sold a 2Z565-1.1 bag for
about half that but it was a sorta brother-in-law deal. The buyer had done me
lots of favors over the years, repair parts, etc. My "list" price would have
been closer to the eBay price. I know of several sold in the last few years
at about that price, and not on eBay, either.

Incidentally, if anyone should happen across a small motorcycle type (clear
plastic case) lead-acid cell (a battery is two or more cells) marked Willard
ERH-25-2, that's a BB-210/U, used with AN/PPN-1A. I had one of them for years
before an English PPN-1 collector happened to mention that a BB-210 might only
be marked with the Willard number.
