[Milsurplus] SB-1210/UGQ Patch Panels

Anyone have any info on this equipment? It appears to be for TTY (it has a 
+/- 100 ma meter and some rheostats for adjusting loop current.) Has W.E. 
style jacks.

i have 2, NIB extra, if anyone is interested.

Anyone have any info on the MAK TxRx (2-3 Mhz, i think) i would like to get 
it on 160 meters nxt winter, if i can do so w/o internal mods.
