[Milsurplus] ME-61 Field Strength Meter

Richard,

The ME-61 was covered in TM 11-263 (06/20/56) Change 3 (11/15/60).  
Unfortunately, although I've scanned some of the changes, I haven't yet had 
occasion to do that one.

I also have a .PDF of TM 11-6625-682-15 but not of the -24.  Judging by the 
poor quality (pages are crooked, edge-of-page lines and misc. trash not 
cleaned up, photos poor, and foldouts spread over multiple pages), it did not 
come from a DOD source.  So someone out there in CIVLANT or CIVPAC has an 
original.
