[Milsurplus] What is it with some of these European guys?

I have seen request letters for KY / KG gear technical books.

I am ex-USN CTM, so I can not figure how this euro crowd has USA crypto
units to start with. I am not sending him the instructions.

 An Italian gentleman wrote me, saying he wants to sell Command Set
stuffiterm  I told him that I was sorry, that I did not do direct sales
anymore. He wrote me back immediately and said, quote: "I want you to sell
me the ARC-5 and SCR-274N things!!!  Write me back with your prices!!!"  I
deleted his letter unanswered and killfiled him. I've gotten similar rude
letters twice before-  once from another Italian and once from a French
person. Anyone else get letters from Europeans demanding mil stuff?  What's
up with these people?
