[Milsurplus] blind sow finds an R-808

The R-808 has a built-in 115VAC - to -24 VDC power supply so you don't have
to use an external 24 V supply, if there is 115 VAC is available.
I have to look up in my MRC-55 manual which pins are the AC input.
I've used cut-off connectors from the GRC-19 dogbone courtesy of Fair Radio
(I don't know whether they still have them) to power up my R-808.

R-392 you can only
use the harder to locate dogbone type because its connector is recessed into
the front panel casting.
