RWD's reference to the TM 11-487(A) reminded me of the 4-volume, 15 Nov.
1958 set of '487H (T.O. 33A1-1-13C) I have.  It's in four, blue, USAF
binders, which take up nearly 11" of shelf space. They cover "Category 1"
thru "Category 8" devices - test and measuring equipment, bench power
supplies, time-based eq., cable ass'blies, etc.  Using the word loosely,
it's "organized" into eight categories, which means the set numbers are not
entirely sequential - and neither are the page numbers!  (Volume 3 is page
numbered 1119 - 1511, while Vol. 4 is 805 - 1511!)  I'm not sure the
contents haven't been scrambled, or even if all these volumes belong
together!

I don't use it much, as I rarely encounter the units listed therein, but it
was still worth the price (free).  If you have a test set, power supply, or
cable assembly from that era, ask, it may be listed ...	e
