Wm. mine's in bsmt & I'll report in the AM (heh)
---and some 'refinements' / 32RA redux-1---
The 'JNAP book' is JNAP-161 & I've indirect access to one
WW2 & earlier 32RAs were gray, the AN/FRT-?? variant is black.
Dennis I've that '39 QST ad too. Looks like 32RA was built because it
seemed like a good idea at the time. Ad shows they're casting for uses
for a no-tune multi-band rig to do something. No steenking marketing
poofs involved, they built it because they could.
It's sporty to use one 'cause the 866 MV-rect's jus flicker sooooo nize.
It's a Johnston ranger on steroids. Conan the Barbarian's desktop
qrp set.
