[Milsurplus] marking on R-388/URR

It is an inspection mark.
"s" and "c" stand for "Signal Corps"
and the big "A" means "accepted."
The 1305 is the inspectors ID number.

Once a radio is built, the builder inspects it,
then the Sig Corps does and acceptance test before 
it is put into stock.
