[Milsurplus] OAP Radar Test Set

It is a more-or-less general purpose test thing (if you look at it, it 
does quite a few things) for the Navy's Mk III IFF (radar) sets. Clever 
design, it is, being such a "small" package. The Signal Corps Mk III IFF 
test sets were quite bulky special purpose things - the OAP did the job 
of three green boxes for the Army.

YES! Send it to the submarine Pampanito, in the Bay Area. They are 
looking for an OAP test set for the BN interrogator on the boat. Just 
talked about one days ago, in fact...
