[Milsurplus] OAP Radar Test Set

Does anyone know anything about the OAP Radar Test Set.

Collectable, or maybe it belongs in a museum.
It appears to be complete with a Manual for an OAP-1.
I plugged it in and it appears to work at least it gets warm and the
magic eye lights up.
I might to check out my 2 meter handheld with it. Hi Hi
