Does anyone have any info on the BX-31-A Spare parts box?

I need to know the original tube compliment, and what equipment
were they used in.

This one has one slot empty. See images.

Otherwise it has 2-827's, 2-3Q5GT's, 3-1A7GT's, and 7-1N5GT's.
All were made by Sylvania.
