No Steve, its not just a fine point, its a BIG point!

I have to learn to not respond to any email messages when I'm tired and
it's just a few minutes before my bedtime. Indeed the thing is an R/T even
though I went downstairs to the mil collection that evening and stared
right at it (albeit through eyes that were getting attacked by the ol'
Sandman).

Being that it's presently during a daytime period when I'm usually somewhat
cognizant of my surroundings and can somewhat comprehend plain English
without help from you folks :-), I pulled the unit off the shelf to answer
a question that Al Tasker privately asked. To wit: "I am not sure we are
talking the same radio. 100-156 MHz AM?" His question was probably prompted
by my mistake that Steve caught.

Yes, upon examination of the unit, it is indeed 100-156 AM. Two preset
channels, runs off batteries or a generator as you state below Steve, made
by Espey Mfg. Co. under contract #AF.33(038)-25596.

I'm very sorry for the confusion. Jeez that was dumb.

Regards,

Chris
