Group,
The AN/TRC-7 receiver ran off of the BA-70 as previously mentioned (This =
is
the same battery as used in the BC-1000). The transmitter was powered by=
Generator G-3/TRC-7 (which I have - also have several G-3B's). There wer=
e
two antennas, a whip antenna AT-59/TRC-7, which I am still looking for, a=
nd
the Bi-conical AS-110/TRC-7. The AS-110 consisted of the AS-112/TRC-7
antenna, which is what Jack described, plus mast sections, guys, stakes,
etc. I have the complete AS-112 but am still looking for some of the oth=
er
parts to the AS-110. I have the AB-35 mast sections but still need the
AB-34's and AB-36's. Then there was the TS-281/TRC-7 which, despite the
nomenclature, is a little pencil or cigar shaped phantom antenna (dummy
load) for tuning the transmitter. A local surplus dealer apparently sold=
several NOSB AS-112's at Dayton year before last. I think I got the last=
intact one just before Dayton last year.
The set also included a fair amount of canvas, both bags and rolls. I ha=
ve
extras of some of them.
