Criminal  ????    when in 1984-85  the navy is having 5 ea. R-390A's  made
BRAND NEW  by Fowler   and the Surplus mkt. was readily available with sets
.. But then these 5 sets wouldn't exist ...   mac/mc    Fowler owner s/n 1
