[Milsurplus] AN/ARC-8(?) (ART-13B + ARR-15)

At the last hamfest, i saw an ARR-15 with a manufactured new front panel,
for 19" rackmount. I thought at first it was maybe a  "Tektronix ARR-15",
where a bunch of engineers and techs at Tek had run a bunch of new
front panels for the ARR-15 through the Tek factory, as a fun project,
but that  one at the hamfest had no S-meter, and had a "channel knob"
over on the left. It was the dirtiest radio i'd ever seen, of course, no more
case. The problem with repaneling the ARR-15 on a  19" rack front is
with the receiver's depth, you're never going to find a cabinet that wide
AND that deep, so the receiver goes without a case. Luckily for me,
someone else bought it, so i didn't end up with another  open-ended
project.
Actually, maybe i've seen worse radios. Someone in Belarus Republic
offered me some tank radios from a German Pzkw38 tank that had 
been recovered from a swamp. Now, these were in BAD condition.
