[Milsurplus] Cabinet screws needed for navy-type receiver

Greetings -

I am in need of ten mounting screws used on old receivers like the RAOs,
RAKs, RBBs, etc. These are the long, spring-loaded screws with knurled
edges used to hold the front panel of the receiver firmly into the
cabinet. They are held into the panel by some sort of clip that allows
them to be withdrawn but at the same time prevents them from getting
lost when the unit is removed from the cabinet. Does anyone have an old
receiver carcass around with these screws or can someone point me to a
vendor?

Also, if anyone has or knows of a source for a manual or other
documentation for the R-649A Coast Guard receiver, I'd sure appreciate
knowing.

Thanks for the read, and have a good weekend
