Well, there's "boxy" and then there's "boxy" ;-).
Yes, they're historically important and I believe they
should be preserved. But that don't make them pretty.
The R1155 is certainly more colorful then the BC-348,
but it is bigger and "boxier" IMHO-
looks like it was chiseled from a quarry somewhere.
The 348 is simple and elegant.
As for the BC-375 vs. T1154, I can't say.
Don't know much about the T1154.
I can compare the BC-375 and the SCR-522, though.
The 375 is tall and slim with acres of black wrinkle.
It has lots of cool knobs and meters right out there to enjoy.
And you can SEE those giant tubes light up.
As Ren would say: "happy happy joy joy."
The SCR-522 is a square, black lump
with a weed patch of wires spewed out the top- ugh...
