Hi listers,

I picked up an interesting antenna coupler a couple of days ago. It is an RF
Communications Model SB-6CMA, serial No. 191.

It has an SO-239 UHF chassis mount coax fitting "52 Ohm input from
transmitter," an SWR/Power meter, two E. F. Johnson roller coils with very
nice dials and a very heavy duty ceramic switch that switches in ceramic caps
in series with an antenna post or shorts them out and switches caps from the
antenna post to ground. The coil with higher inductance (#229-201) is in
series with the lead to the caps and antenna and the lower inductance
(#229-201-5) shunts the output of the SWR sensor to ground. The coil dials
are marked "Tune" and "Load" and the switch is marked "Megacycles" and has
ten positions "A" through "J." A previous owner included a paper with coil
and switch settings for 3885 KC and 7250 KC.

Does anyone have a manual or schematic for this unit or know what equipment
it was used with, power level, frequency range, expected antenna (whip or
long wire)?

It is a very nicely built unit. Any help appreciated.

Norm Hall, W6JOD
