[Milsurplus] BC-222, BC-322 and the BX-13

The BX-13 that fits on the bottom of the SCR-194 and SCR-195
(BC-222,-322) is a rare and interesting accessory.  
There's one listed u-know-where as item #1369799948.
It fits on the bottom of the rig in place of the battery and 
provides terminals for externally powering the rig.  There
is also a pigtail cable out the back.  

I have a BC-222 that was modified by the Signal Corps.
The round plug is replaced with standard headphone and 
microphone jacks and a BX-13 is installed.  It seems 
it was intended to interface with one of the remote control
sets like the RM-29.

Does anyone have any good information on this accessory?
