[Milsurplus] Tuning Unit type 207A

Hi,

Does anyone know what a Tuning Unit type 207A is? It is about 9x6x10" deep,
and has a CV67 reflex klystron, a rectifier, some stabilisers, transformer
and chokes and little else.
