Stan, i empathize with you about the health situation.
But unless someone here gyped you, and made off with something, took
your money or gave you a bad trade, or publicly treated you badly, i
don't think
you have a complaint.
No  reply means some one or no one is interested in an offer, or has
any comment on a post. People's plans change rapidly, even minute to
minute - if nothing's agreed to, then anyone can just drop it.
There's no rule, guarantee, or promise that any post must get
responses.
