Yes, but.

There is also an R-388A, which is the mil-nomenclatured 51J-4 (i.e., with
mechanical filters). The '388/51J-3 could be retrofitted with the filters
via a kit, but there were one or two additional differences from the
R-388A/51J-4.

I too am looking for a '388A/51J-4.
