I thought this Q/A exchange on the admin net I saw may be of interest.

Many of you have home & work or multiple home email accounts. I frequently
get bounced emails from subscribers who forget and post from one of their
non-subscribed email accounts. Below is a solution for you to consider.

Question:

Answer:
Subscribe from the desired address and check the no mail option.....this
allows posting from numerous places but only one message is received....at
the primary address.
